Reservation Policy: 

Valid credit card to hold the house till one night deposit in the form of  
Personal Check, Travelers Check, or Money Order is made.

Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled more than two weeks prior to arrival - full refund.

Cancellation < 2 weeks - deposit forfeited.

Cancellation < 48 hours - if house cannot be rebooked - no refund.
